General Terms and Conditions

This website is owned and operated by Forever Green Group Pty Ltd.

These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services by Forever Green Group (“We”, “us”) to you, by using this website, you agree to all terms and conditions.

We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, any amendment is effective immediately.

Delivery and charges

We currently only deliver within the Sydney area, please check with our delivery suburbs before place your order. An order would be cancelled if it is outside delivery area. Customers will have 24 hours to advise of a new address. If there is no reply then a refund will be issued with processing fees.

Orders place before 12pm, will be delivery next day between 10am to 8 pm. No delivery on Sunday. We reserve the right to deliver during these times.

Depending on the location, Saturday deliveries are available and additional delivery fees may apply. Customers will be advised prior to checkout if a Saturday delivery is available.

For residential addresses, if a courier deems a delivery location unsafe,   the order will be returned to the dispatch address and redelivery fees will apply.

For business, school and hospital addresses, we accept no responsibility for delivered items that are redirected to the mailroom, front desk or reception.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are included of GST. Prices are included delivery fees within Sydney. Accessories need to be purchase with flower arrangement, except flower stands. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

An invoice will be emailed to you when place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that all contact details are correct.

Availability and Supply

All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services, if for any reason a product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our website.

Payment options

We accept PayPal, all major credit cards including MasterCard, American Express, Diner Club and Visa.

Credit Card Security

All payments are processed via PayPal’s secure payment system to ensure high levels of payment security and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Returns   

Any dissatisfaction with the products must be communicated to customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

We reserve the rights to request photos of the original products. To assist us in quality control it is our policy, if requested by us, to collect the original products.

Alterations and Amendments to orders

We are unable to provide any alterations or amendments (including cancellations) for orders that have already been prepared and/or in transit.

Security and Privacy

We do not keep records of customer credit card details.

We collect personal data to provide products and services to you and administer orders and payments relating to your purchases from us.

We will hold personal information in confidential, except as required by law.

We use cookies to store information of browsing history and to enable browsing features.

Liability Limitation

To the greatest extent permissible by law, we exclude any liability which may arise as a result of the use of this website or the content contained within it. Where liability cannot be excluded, any liability incurred by us in relation to the use of this website to the content, is limited as provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our maximum liability to you (if any) shall be limited to the value of any faulty products or services supplied by us and we, our employees, contractors and agents, will not be liable to you for loss or damage of any kind however that loss or damage is caused or arises.

Governing Law

We operate this website in Australia. The laws of the State of New South Wales govern these Terms and Conditions.
